Required Documents for Airline Pilot License Training

• IPA Student Application Form (to be completed at school)
• First Class Health Report from Hospitals Authorized by DGCA
• Diploma or E-Government of Study Certificate. – 2
• Passport Photo – 12  
•There is no archive record taken in the last 1 month for the official institution. - 1 piece
• Population Wallet Face E-Government. – 2
• Residence Certificate E-Government. – 2
• Photocopy of Identity Card – 2
• Blood Type Certificate (May be a driver's license) – 1
• Existing Pilot Licenses, Certificates and Logbook Copies
• If available, "Security Training" Certificate Photocopy – 1
